Dive Deeper Into Octopress
I've redesigned yet again. This time, however, taking a much closer look at how Jekyll and Liquid actually work.
My biggest gripe about Octopress is that it seems to have so much extra stuff. Strange, especially for a simple static site generator.
I was able to pull out lots, slimming the codebase immensely. I added Foundation in for a simple grid, modular scale, and some other helpful variables.
I know I can slim it down further, but that is another task for another day. Like, maybe tomorrow.
